Digital Print & Finishing Operator Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire Shifts: 06:0014:00 About the Role Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our industry-leading team. Based at our Chesterfield site, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our print and finishing department, taking responsibility for the full production processfrom file preparation through to final quality control and packing. Key Responsibilities: Operate a range of digital print and finishing equipment Manage the full print workflow, including ripping files and sending jobs to print Operate digital cutters and complete packing of finished products Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in optimal condition Carry out thorough quality control checks on all output Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with SOPs and health & safety standards Work flexibly across day and afternoon shifts to support business demand Machinery You'll Work With: Jetrix i8 flatbed digital printer Jetrix 320 roll-to-roll digital printer Kongsberg digital cutter J-Cut digital cutter About You: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Passion for print and finishing processes Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience in small-format digital print and finishing (Jetrix and Kongsberg preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided) Proficient with software such as Onyx Thrive and/or Print Factory (desirable) Highly computer literate and numerate, with good problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours What We Offer: Overtime availible Opportunity to join a rapidly growing, forward-thinking company Full training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Competitive salary (dependent on experience) If you are interested or know anyone who would be, apply now!
