CNC Lathe Machinist Operators & Setter Starting Salary: 13.70 - 14.21 per hour Location: Chesterfield, S44 Shifts: Full Time, Days & Afters Generations People is recruiting for an exciting opportunity; we arecurrently looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our clients team based in the Chesterfield, S44 area. They are a well-established engineering company, manufacturing metal products for the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will be from a mechanical engineering background being fully skilled in the operating of CNC machines with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities for the CNC Turner role: Your duties will include: Operating CNC machines operating and setting machines Monitor the CNC machine operations to ensure proper functioning and adjust as necessary. Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments. Essential Skills and Competences: Be organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task. Work cleanly, tidily and considerately of co-workers. Ensure consistent quality. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management.
