Demand for mobile refurbishment is increasing rapidly, and we are investing in the next phase of growth.We are now looking for a senior operator to take ownership of the mobile division, refine the operating model and build it properly for scale.This is a leadership opportunity within an established, financially stable automotive services business. It offers genuine autonomy, senior exposure and the backing required to build something meaningful.The OpportunityYou will take full responsibility for the national Mobile SMART repair operation, overseeing performance, structure, technician standards and commercial outcomes.Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the strategy for the division and ensure it is positioned for sustainable, profitable growth. This role goes beyond day to day management. This role is about creating a mobile SMART repair operation that stands apart. You will define the structure, raise performance standards and build a disciplined, scalable platform capable of supporting national growth.You will also have the backing of an in-house development team. We invest in technology and build bespoke systems to support our clients and operations.
