Job Title: Sales & Recruitment Consultant – Utilities & ConstructionLocation: Remote WorkingSalary: £30,000–£50,000 DOEAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales & Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Construction Site Recruitment. This is a dual-focused role combining permanent recruitment within the Utilities and Construction sectors, alongside business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both candidate sourcing and client acquisition, with the ability to build, manage, and develop a candidate pool from scratch.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment / Candidate ManagementActively source, engage, and place candidates within the Utilities and Construction industries for permanent roles.Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality candidate pool from scratch.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and pipeline activity.Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for client requirements.Business Development / SalesIdentify and approach new clients within Utilities and Construction to generate permanent recruitment opportunities.Build strong, long-term client relationships and understand their workforce requirements.Present recruitment solutions and commercial proposals to prospective clients.Work closely with management to develop and execute growth strategies for the business.General ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage your own time and workload while working remotely.Contribute to the growth and reputation of a newly established recruitment business.Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, flexibility, and commitment to business success.Requirements / Experience:Proven background in permanent recruitment within Utilities and Construction.Demonstrable business development experience, with evidence of generating and winning new clients.Experience building and managing a candidate pool from scratch.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently within a remote-working environment.A proactive and ambitious attitude, committed to contributing to business growth.What’s On Offer:Competitive salary (£30,000–£50,000 DOE).Remote working with flexibility to manage your own schedule.Opportunity to be part of a growing business with clear career progression as the company expands.Exposure to a variety of permanent recruitment projects across the Utilities and Construction sectors.
