Role SummaryThe Sales Director / Senior Sales Executive (Hunter) for Travel & Aviation is a results-driven individual solely focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new client relationships (new logos) within the global travel and aviation industry. This role demands exceptional prospecting skills, a consultative sales approach, deep industry knowledge, and a relentless drive to exceed ambitious sales targets by bringing Client's innovative digital and IT services to new clients.Key Responsibilities1. Aggressive New Logo Acquisition:Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts across the travel and aviation ecosystem (airlines, airports, hospitality, travel tech, cargo, logistics etc.) that currently do not engage with clients.Develop and execute aggressive outreach strategies to penetrate new organizations and initiate C-level and senior executive dialogues.Master the full sales cycle for complex technology services, from initial engagement and discovery to proposal creation, presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas primarily focused on net-new revenue and new logo acquisition.2. Consultative Selling & Solution Articulation:Understand deeply the business challenges and strategic priorities of target Travel & Aviation clients (e.g., passenger experience, operational efficiency, digital transformation, revenue optimization, sustainability).Articulate Client's unique value proposition and how our digital transformation capabilities (AI, Cloud, Data, Automation, ERP, etc.) can solve client problems and drive tangible business outcomes.Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to tailor compelling solutions and proposals that address specific client needs and differentiate Client.3. Relationship Building & Networking:Build and nurture a robust network of contacts and relationships within target Travel & Aviation accounts, positioning Client as a trusted advisor.Attend and actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and build brand awareness.4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Input:Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape within the Travel & Aviation sector.Provide valuable market insights to the SVP and leadership team to help refine Client offerings and go-to-market strategies.5. Pipeline Management & Reporting:Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reports.
