Role: Studio Operations ManagerSector: Creative AgencyLocation: London - CityContract: 12 month Contract - HybridSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 DoERef: VisionFR 3172VisionFR is delighted to be acting on behalf of a creative innovation agency in their search for a Studio Operations Manager.This is an exciting time to be joining this dynamic agency.As the Studio Operations Manager you'll drive forward all aspects of talent and operations across the studio, hybrid working practices, internal projects, events, talent management and resourcing, as well as support on effective ways of working.Studio Operations Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for managing all office needs to create a smooth running and inviting place to workResponsible for talent resource planning (using the Float resource management tool) across all disciplines; ensuring teams are clear on R&R, briefs and deadlinesResponsible for all recruitment liaison (perm and freelance), interviews, contracts and onboardingResponsible for project managing internal projects to completion, on time and on budgetManage the hybrid policy across the team based on physical and virtual requirementsManage development & execution of internal Practice Weeks, with input on content from the teamManage team travel and client entertainment bookingsImplement the talent development plan and organise progress reviewsSupport on new initiatives and general operational requirements as and when requiredStudio Operations Manager Key Attributes Required:Possesses 5+ years of experience in operations and talent resourcing, or a related role, preferably within the brand consultancy, design studio or creative agency industriesExperience delivering operational processes to improve streamlining and efficiencyStrong self-starter, proactive, hands-on and confident working in a small entrepreneurial environmentStrong project management skills, with event production a plus, to deliver projects end to end and on budget.Excels at communication and building trust with the team contributing to a positive company cultureConsidered approachable and hardworking with a positive attitudeGood understanding of brand strategy, design and creative servicesOpen to new ways of working and thinking, confident to suggest improvements or solutions that could benefit the companyVisionFR is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, inclusion and eliminating unlawful discrimination within our workforce and whilst fulfilling our Client’s recruitment needs.Due to the high level of applications being received if you do not hear from us within 5 working days, please assume your application has not been successful on this occasion, usually due to other candidates having more relevant sector exposure, qualifications or required skills.
