Their reputation is built on integrity, innovation, and commitment to excellence.They are now seeking a Senior Estimator to join their dynamic pre-construction team and play a key role in the continued growth of our business.The RoleAs a Senior Estimator, you will take the lead in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for projects within our core sectors. You will work closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, Directors, and operational teams to ensure competitive and commercially sound submissions.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for projects up to £25m.Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tendering process.Lead tender reviews and risk assessments.Value engineer proposals where appropriate.Assist in handover to the delivery team upon contract award.Keep abreast of market trends, subcontractor pricing, and supply chain developments.About YouEssential:Minimum 7+ years' experience in estimating within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of industrial, residential, or extra care projects.Proven experience pricing schemes up to £25m.Excellent numerical, commercial, and communication skills.Proficient in estimating software (e.g. ConQuest, Causeway, Excel).Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to deadlines.Desirable:HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.Familiarity with D&B, JCT, and NEC contracts.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working opportunities (office/hybrid)Supportive, team-oriented working environmentOpportunities for further development and progression
