One of Quilter's partner firms, Moneytree Wealth Management are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their modern and forward-thinking team. The company are poised for significant growth over the next 18 months and as a result, they are actively seeking to expand their friendly and collaborative team based in Chester. They are committed to innovation, professionalism and client satisfaction by delivering an excellent service to their clients, helping them to achieve their personal financial goals.Responsibilities:Prepare comprehensive suitability reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Handle new business applications, including data entry and documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.Conduct cashflow modelling to assist in financial planning strategies and client recommendations.Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, advisers and providers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring seamless workflow.Perform tax calculations and analysis to support investment decisions and tax planning strategies.Assist in the development of tailored financial strategies.Requirements:Relevant qualifications such as Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (ADFP) required.Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning role required.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and accountability in all aspects of work.Proficiency in financial planning software (Cashflows etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to liaise effectively within a team environment.BenefitsSalary from £35,000 depending on experience and qualificationsGenerous bonus structure based on performanceWorkplace PensionPrivate Medical InsuranceCompany Sick PayCompany Events – Staff Summer and Christmas PartiesFunding of Diploma of Financial Advice and other qualificationsHybrid working model following training periodMonday to Friday only
