With a strong change agenda already underway, this programme is a key part of their transformation journey.Your new roleAs Change and Communications Manager, you'll support the delivery of change and engagement activities across the ERP programme. You'll work with internal teams and communications partners to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with programme milestones. The role involves coordinating business advocates, supporting internal communications, and helping the organisation navigate a busy change landscape.What you'll need to succeed Experience supporting change and communications within an ERP rollout.Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex programme updates.Confidence working with stakeholders across different business areas.Experience working with internal comms teams or agencies.A hands-on, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.What you'll get in returnA chance to contribute to a major transformation programme in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
