Title: Patent Process Implementation Manager Location: UK Any – Hybrid working with travel as needed The PositionAs a Patent Process Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the operational framework of our Patent Support Service activities. Your primary goal will be to deliver excellence in support to internal stakeholders and clients, while improving the profitability of our service offering. You will work collaboratively across the firm, including with Professional Standards and IT, and with the support of the Process Implementation Officer. Your role will involve creating and implementing corporate standard procedures, optimizing the use of automation to streamline operations, and driving consistency and alignment across all officesKey deliverables include:Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to identify future process improvement opportunities.Delivering process improvement projects to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.Ensuring comprehensive documentation of all processes and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.Overseeing the delivery of training to colleagues and driving the successful adoption of new or revised processes.About YouThe ideal candidate should have previous experience in leading process improvement changes and projects within a professional services environment. They should possess strong stakeholder and change management experience, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.
