PMO CoordinatorBirchwood WA3 7BH£40, 000 basicGlobal ConsultancyAward Winning TrainingEvolution is recruiting for a PMO Coordinator to join our Project Delivery function and be part of a close-knit, high-performing team.At Evolution we are committed to helping people and organisations realise their potential and this role is central to the delivery of projects on behalf of our external clients.To be considered, you must have PMO experience gained within a consultancy environment and also have great relationship building skills and be someone who can influence and keep projects on track.Position OverviewThis role is at the heart of our project delivery function and you will be the glue that holds our projects together.You will be responsible for tracking, recording and reporting on all project delivery as well as acting as the central point of information flow for projectsThe PMO Coordinator maintains central records for the portfolio including deliverable tracking, budget vs actual and risk log.Another key responsibility will be providing an overview to stakeholders, escalating risks and managing issues through to resolution.It’s a big job and demands the ability to multi-task with an incredible eye for detail. Is this person you?Key Responsibilities:Owns all data entry for live projects in CMapOwns processes ensuring contractors are paid and clients billed.Owns reporting to senior management by collecting and analysing project information and metrics to show trends in project performance.Oversees project initiation activities including the preparation and facilitation of project kick-off meetingsOversees the production of essential project management and project delivery documentation such as agendas, reports and presentations for all live projects ensuring standardisation across the portfolio.Skills & Experience Required:Proven track record in PMOExperience of working in a consultancy environment dealing with multiple projects and clientsExcellent stakeholder management skillsDetailed orientated and financially literateSolid organisation skills and able to understand and communicate complex status changes in a concise and coherent manner is key.If you are someone who with a background in PMO and want to be part of a close-knit team that is delivery projects of the highest importance, we would love to hear from you
