This is a key role balancing structure and creativity, systems and craft.You:6+ years’ experience in Operations roles within architecture, construction, modular build, or creative sectorsStrong experience managing delivery, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teamsExceptional experience on the technology and processes sideA calm, structured approach to problem-solving in design-led settingsComfort scaling processes and infrastructure without losing the human or creative edgePrevious start up/ scale up experienceFamiliarity with offsite construction or complex project coordination would be valuable.This role would suit someone who understands both design and delivery someone who sees the opportunity in creating order, enabling creativity, and building quietly brilliant systems behind the scenes.
