About the RoleJoin the dynamic Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET) at Airbus Broughton as a Design Structures Approver. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality design support to the manufacturing plant, ensuring structural integrity and airworthiness across a range of aircraft components.This is more than just a technical role - it's about leading, mentoring, and driving innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.?? What You'll Be DoingLead and approve structural design solutions, including major/minor modifications and design query notes.Act as a Design Approval Signatory, ensuring compliance with airworthiness and safety standards.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, helping to close skill gaps and build capability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing Engineering, CVE, Chief Engineer, Configuration Management) to deliver integrated design solutions.Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and embed lessons learned.??
