Job Title: Asbestos AdministratorLocation: WarringtonJob Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: Up to £30,000 depending on experienceWe’re recruiting for an Asbestos Administrator to join a reputable asbestos management company that provides survey and testing services to a wide range of public and private sector clients across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a proactive team member to assist with administrative tasks and handle incoming calls, helping the team run efficiently and supporting the delivery of high quality asbestos services.The role:Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emailsHandling general enquiries from clients, tenants and contractorsBooking in asbestos surveysCoordinating daily schedules for surveyors and analystsLiaising with tenants and site contacts to confirm access arrangementsMaintaining accurate records within the company’s job management systemSupporting the wider team with admin tasks, report processing, and follow-up communicationWe’re looking for:Experience in administration, scheduling, or call handling (experience in asbestos, construction, facilities or a similar industry is a bonus, but not essential)Experience answering calls in a fast paced environmentStrong administrative experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systemsA natural communicator with a professional yet approachable mannerHighly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasksCalm under pressure and able to think ahead to solve problemLocated within commuting distance of Warrington and able to work in the office five days a weekWhat’s on offer:Salary up to £30,000 depending on experienceCareer progression opportunities within a fast-growing, reputable asbestos consultancyOngoing training and professional development in asbestos industry procedures, compliance, and best practices22 days holiday plus bank holidays
