Team PA – London OfficeGlobal Hedge Fund | Business Administration Team | London | Full-Time | Office-BasedAn established, global hedge fund with offices in Singapore, London, New York, and Jersey is seeking an experienced Team PA to join its Business Administration team in London. This is a varied, hands-on position providing office management, travel coordination, and administrative support within a fast-paced, international financial environment.The Business Administration team plays a key role in supporting both the trading floor and the day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring seamless business operations and a collaborative, efficient working environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a varied, operationally focused role and is seeking long-term stability within a high-performing, supportive team. It would particularly suit someone who enjoys being a central part of a business’s operational success and is content to remain in this capacity rather than actively pursuing rapid career progression.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the trading floor and wider business as part of the Business Administration team.Act as a central point of contact for internal and external enquiries, requests, and operational matters.Manage complex, multi-leg travel arrangements, including visa applications, accommodation, and transport bookings for London-based and visiting staff.Oversee day-to-day office administration, including expense processing, record-keeping, and stock control of office supplies.Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring desk setups, IT equipment allocation, and office access are in place.Coordinate arrangements for visiting colleagues, including desk allocation and office access.Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth office operations.Assist with organising internal and external events, meetings, and staff functions.Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as required to both the trading floor and the wider office.Candidate Requirements:Graduate calibre, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative, team assistant, or office management role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or financial services environment.Highly organised, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems and processes.Professional, reliable, and discreet, with a collaborative, adaptable, and resilient working style.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence and ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.Someone seeking a long-term, stable role within a supportive, high-performing team who enjoys operational and administrative responsibilities and is happy to commit to this position for the foreseeable future.
