Theyre looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who wants to be fully involved in project delivery managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance across technically interesting schemes including drainage, utilities, reinforced concrete and specialist flooring.If you enjoy owning the numbers on complex civils packages and working closely with delivery teams, this is a role where youll genuinely make an impact.About the ProjectsYoull be working across a varied portfolio of civil engineering and infrastructure works, including:Drainage and utilities installationsReinforced concrete structures and basesConcrete flooring and slabsGroundworks and infrastructure packagesEnabling works and deep excavationsCivils works within live or operational environmentsProjects are predominantly North Westbased with a mix of industrial, infrastructure and specialist schemes.The RoleThis is a delivery-focused Quantity Surveyor position covering the full commercial lifecycle from subcontract procurement through to final account.
