About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Crewe, who are seeking a Quality Inspector to join their teamJob DescriptionAs Quality Inspector, your main responsibilities are:Inspect & approve products for fit, finish and basic functionality (including driving of the product)Incoming parts checked and signed off to standardsQuality & basic functionality receiving inspection of partsQuality & Specification checking of parts fittedOver checking of repairs to confirm product meet specification & quality requirementsQualifications / Skills neededDemonstrable ability to influence the need for customer quality focusDemonstrate a proven track record within a Production / Manufacturing environmentGood knowledge of product trim & assembly processesAble to interpret and consistently apply Product Audit guidelines to rate defect severityHold clean, current vehicle driving licence Why work through Contechs?Contechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
