You’ll work cross-functionally to build a scalable, customer-first product that drives sustainable growth across our UK & Ireland park portfolio. Your Role: ️ Define and execute the long-term holiday park strategy ️ Build strong, trust-based relationships with park owners and operators ️ Champion innovation and continuous improvement of our proposition ️ Influence pricing, revenue, and inventory strategies to optimise return ️ Ensure operational success from onboarding to guest experience ️ Represent client needs in internal product and service development ️ Lead commercial efforts to deliver revenue, acquisition & satisfaction targets What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in travel, leisure, property, or holiday park sectors Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving growth Excellent stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills Ability to develop scalable, customer-centric propositions Deep understanding of holiday parks and customer expectations Strategic mindset with strong executional capability Bonus: Experience in tech-enabled consumer businesses or product development What We Offer: ️ 33 days holiday including bank holidays (+ up to 5 extra with long service) Birthday day off Two paid volunteering days annually Annual bonus scheme (up to 15% of salary) Enhanced parental leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at full pay) Exclusive staff discounts on stays B-Corp certified with a commitment to inclusion & sustainability Free parking at our Chester HQ We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, your unique perspective matters here.
