Sales Negotiator Estate Agent Location: Chester Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 25,000 27,000 + commission The Opportunity Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a forward-thinking, ambitious estate agency? What Youll Be Doing: Registering new applicants and building strong rapport with potential buyers. Arranging and conducting property viewings, followed by timely vendor feedback. Negotiating sales offers between vendors and buyers. Booking valuation appointments Referring clients to mortgage brokers and solicitors. Liaising regularly with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales. Maintaining accurate records of all activities using CRM systems. Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a property sales role Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer service and rapport-building abilities. Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working towards targets. Knowledge of the local property market is a big advantage.
