Job DescriptionContracts ManagerThis company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering contract management within the company's UK sites.Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head Office Technical Facility Services and Head Office General Services teams to review, deliver, and monitor service delivery to meet customer requirements and reporting obligations.- Ensure the completion of supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with contractual obligations and the company's processes and procedures, including managing change control.- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews.- Act as the UK focal point for the Central Facilities Management and Real Estate Supply Chain Management.- Interface with site teams and finance to manage budgets, risks, and opportunities.- Lead any UK tenders within the Services perimeter and the integration of new sites or service requirements.- Provide leadership, direction, and subject matter expertise within your area of responsibility.Qualifications and Experience:- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the facilities management or real estate sectors.- Strong understanding of supply chain management governance, contract novation, and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) support.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site teams and commodity leads.- Proficient in data analysis, KPI reporting, and performance management.- Familiarity with the IR35 off-payroll working rules and their application.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on objectives.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company and contribute to the development and improvement of their contract management processes.
