NRL’s client based in Chester is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join them on a permanent staff bases. About the role:The Project Administrator will provide administration support to the Framework project teams.Working with multiple project delivery teams across the framework, you will be responsible for identifying, tracking, distributing documents and providing a supporting function to the team on site.The job holder duties shall include;Data management including minor document control.Managing the end to end process of all project documentation including from receipt to issue of drawings using client document control systems.Ensuring compliance with company integrated management system to ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality standards.Managing the administration of electronic filing systems.Providing general office administration activities support to the site team.Creating project handover support including operation & maintenance manuals.
