Want to see more of what goes on behind the scenes?Give this a watch: https://www.tiktok.com/@sistersandseekersAbout The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, highly creative Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of brand events that bring the S&S world to life.This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who can take an event from concept planning production flawless execution, while keeping pace with a fast-moving calendar and high standards. Youll be responsible for delivering events that feel premium, exciting, culturally relevant and unmistakably S&S - always on time, on budget, and commercially impactful.Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Concept Development:Work closely with Creative Directors to transform their initial brief and vision into a detailed concept.Lead the development and creation of standout event concepts that align with the S&S brand, campaigns and growth plans.Translate creative direction into real-world experiences that our community, creators and partners genuinely want to be part of.Build event formats across different scales: intimate community events, pop-ups, influencer events, press moments, new product activations, brand collaborations and retail experiences.End-to-End Event Planning & Delivery:Own full project management across each event including timelines, dependencies, resources and risk management.Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts, logistics, production schedules and on-site execution.Ensure every event is delivered in a timely, organised and stress-free way for the wider team.Production, Styling & Brand Experience:Oversee how the event looks and feels, ensuring it delivers on atmosphere, styling, details and overall guest experience.Work closely with creative, social, content and marketing teams to ensure the event is built with creative content and storytelling in mind.Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints: colours, signage, dressing, styling, lighting, flow, staff presentation etc.Supplier & Partner Management:Source, brief, and manage external suppliers (e.g. venues, security, catering, florists etc.).Build strong relationships with partners and ensure collaborations are commercially sound and brand-aligned.Negotiate rates and ensure value-for-money without sacrificing quality.Guest List, Influencer & Talent Coordination:Support the planning and execution of guest strategy (VIPs, creators, press, community, brand partners).Coordinate invites, RSVP management, guest comms and VIP hosting plans.Work with social/community teams to ensure key people are in the room and the energy reflects the brand.On-the-Day Leadership:Lead on-the-ground delivery and run of show from start to finish.Brief staff and suppliers, oversee set-up and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.Act as the main point of escalation and problem-solver in real time.Post-Event Performance & Reporting:Run post-event reviews to capture learnings, results, and improvements.Track event performance against objectives (reach, engagement, content output, footfall, sales impact, sentiment).Create simple post-event reporting and feedback loops to improve future activations.About YouProven experience delivering brand events end-to-end (fashion, beauty, lifestyle or cultural brands preferred).Strong creative eye you understand the seekers aesthetic, energy, and how to create moments that feel premium and shareable.Exceptional organisation and attention to detail you can run multiple events/projects at once.Confident managing budgets, suppliers, timelines and production schedules.Calm under pressure with strong on-site leadership and decision making.Strong communication skills across internal teams and external partners.Flexible to travel and support out-of-hours event delivery when needed.Key Traits We're Looking For:Creative + Commercial: You can dream big, but you also know what works.Ownership mentality: You take responsibility and drive things forward without being chased.Fast + precise: You move quickly without sacrificing detail.Strong taste level: You understand the S&S brand and what our audience expects.Confidence + collaboration: You lead with clarity and bring people with you.What Success Looks LikeEvents are consistently aligned with Directors creative vision and brief.Events are consistently delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.Each activation clearly strengthens brand presence, customer excitement, and community connection.Strong operational delivery: timelines are tight, communication is clear, and nothing gets missed.High-quality content is captured through events that are designed with social-first storytelling.Partners, guests and internal stakeholders leave feeling the event was seamless, elevated and impactful.
