This is a fantastic opportunity for a Category Manager Indirect Services to take ownership of several key spend areas and help shape category strategy within a business where procurement is becoming increasingly strategic.The Role:This position will play a key role in developing and delivering category strategies across multiple indirect services areas (Corporate & Professional Services, HR, Finance, Audit, Tax, Marketing, Travel, Fleet) partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive value, efficiency and supplier performance.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing category strategies across indirect servicesLeading sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiationsDriving supplier performance and SRM frameworksPartnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business functionsUsing market intelligence to optimise cost and service deliveryEmbedding procurement best practice and governanceWhat Were Looking ForProven experience managing indirect procurement categoriesStrong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to develop and implement category strategiesExperience working in complex or multi-site organisationsComfortable influencing stakeholders across multiple levelsCIPS qualification or experience within regulated or global environments would be advantageous but not essential.If you are interested in learning more, please get in touch via [email protected] with your CV or apply directly.
