UK Payroll Analyst

Join our client in a hybrid role that fits your life.Proclinical is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a dynamic team on a hybrid basis in Chester, UK. This role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation, and contributing to process automation initiatives. The position offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders on key projects. Responsibilities:Process PSA data, including collation, analysis, and submission.Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, and statutory benefits.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement automated payroll reporting processes.Utilize Excel for data analysis, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.Provide clear work instructions during project handovers.Key Skills and Requirements:Knowledge of SAP ADP GlobalView payroll system (preferred).Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills, including confidence in using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.Background in payroll or finance reporting is advantageous.
