Job DescriptionWe're seeking a proactive, commercially focused UK HR Business Partner to join a thriving manufacturing business with multiple sites nationwide. This is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact, people-centric role, driving strategic HR support across key regional business units.You must be happy with travel across the UK on an ad-hoc basis, have experience in a manufacturing environment, and have previously worked with unions.What Were Looking ForProven experience in a multi-site HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist roleSolid manufacturing and union experience Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practiceDemonstrated ability to coach, influence and support senior managersExperience implementing and embedding strategic HR initiativesCIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) or equivalent desirableFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UKThis is a permanent, largely onsite, UK-wide role offering 55,000 - 60,000 per annum, plus package.For more information and to apply, please contact [email protected] apply via the LinkedIn advert.
