Job DescriptionNewly Qualified Commercial Solicitor Cheshire Up to 50kNewly qualified Commercial Solicitor is required to join a hospitality business based in Cheshire on a permanent basis ideally to start in September this year.You will be joining a small in-house legal team and be working closely with the Head of Legal on general commercial contract matters.As the Commercial Solicitor, you will be;Undertaking a full range of commercial contracts, mainly with B2B ContractsUndertaking a suite of contract work which will include drafting and negotiating contracts with external clients and supplier contracts in line with internal contractual policies and procedures before the supply of services Assisting with contract negotiations as required Working collaboratively across HR, Finance, IT and Sales to support with commercial work as requiredAs the Commercial Solicitor, you will have;Be Newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE with experience in commercial contract draftingHave a wide range of commercial contracts experience ideally across goods and services Have experience working in either a private practice or in-house settingBenefits of the Commercial Solicitor;28 days holiday + bank holiday Flexible working Life Assurance Pension SchemeExclusive discounts Wellbeing benefits + much moreFor more information, please contact Chelsey Saxon in our Manchester office for more information.
