Human Resources Business Partner

We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning housing association, who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC.This will be a full-time position based in Cheshire, based remotely with ad-hoc attendance required and a salary of £43,000.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience dealing with complex ER cases and holds a CIPD L5 or L7.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Leading and delivering operational & transactional HR to support organisational goalsAdvising and coaching managers on day-to-day HR issues such as ER Cases, performance, onboarding and trainingDealing with the full recruitment process, from offers and contracts to onboarding and delivering inductionsEnhancing management capability through one-to-one coaching and completely training needs analysis, working closely with the L&D teamPartnering with teams to drive talent development, succession planning, and inclusive recruitment practices aligned with EDI objectivesSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Experience dealing with complex ER casesAt least CIPD L5 qualifiedDetailed knowledge of employment legislation Experience in implementing Employee Engagement initiatives Rewards and Benefits:12% pension contributionAgile and flexible working28 days holiday + 8 days bank holidayHealth cash planDiscounted gym membershipFlexible working days Working hours:37 hours per week Monday – Friday9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
