Due to exciting new business wins we are now supporting with the recruitment of a Venue & Events Coordinator.The roleThe role of Venue & Events Coordinator will assist in all aspects of conference and events administration, venue sourcing and management as well as individual hotel bookings relating client specific requirements. Working on their bespoke booking platform you will research venues and destinations, negotiate rates, work closely with DMCs and create winning proposals for your clients. You will also attend industry fam trips and events to broaden your venue knowledge.About youWe are looking for experience ideally in venue sourcing and supporting events such as meetings, incentives and conferences - an Event Administrator, Venue Finder or Events Coordinator who is looking for an opportunity to progress and work with a fantastic team! Agency experience / venue finding experience is preferred however we would also consider hotels / MICE industry background.
