The site is a large data centre where you'll be able to learn and progress your career with state of the art equipment and a strong team around you. Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across critical M&E systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, and BMS. Ensure full compliance with health 'safety and statutory regulations. Monitor and respond to alarms and BMS alerts to prevent downtime and maintain operational continuity. Participate in regular drills, scenario planning, and incident investigations. Liaise closely with on-site stakeholders to uphold service excellence and critical uptime standards.
