Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor: Exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a central London based business working with private clients on high end residential projects valued between 10 Million and 50 Million. Initial project is a large residential job in Chertsey and requires previous high-end experience as well as 2 stage tender experience. They will be the number 2 on site so experience overseeing site operations and managing packages is essential. Will be reporting directly into the Senior QS and the commercial director. Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor: Assisting in managing the day-to-day operations on site. Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts. Managing Packages. Managing Sub-Contractors. Site Meetings. Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: Experience on high end residential projects and with 2 stage tenders. Previous work as a 2 on site. Degree qualified and needs to be construction based. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
