Job Type / Category Full Time Night Shifts Responsibilities To help and assist residents getting up in the morning and going to bed at night Helping with personal care like washing, using the toilet, and dressing To create and maintain good professional relationships with residents, their family, and friends To use manual handling equipment safely and correctly Getting to know residents and their interests and needs Caring, kind & enthusiastic 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people Be comfortable working within either a team setting or lone working Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Level 2 or 3 QCF/NVQ is preferred Some Care-based experience is preferable You must have the right to work in the UK What we offer: Above average hourly rates Full training provided Full support in building your Care Certificate Apprenticeships for NVQ levels 2/3 Opportunity to grow within the business - from Care to Senior to Team Lead and even further!
