Aluminium Fabricator Chepstow Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Pay Rate: DOE Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am 4pm, Friday 7.30am 13.30pm About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding experience, particularly with aluminium materials, and the ability to produce high-quality, precise welds in line with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Performing aluminium welding tasks using TIG/MIG welding techniques Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications Inspecting welds for quality and adjusting as needed Maintaining a clean and safe work area Adhering to health and safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience as an aluminium welder Skilled in TIG and/or MIG welding processes Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints Good attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant welding certification preferred (CSWIP, AWS, or equivalent) Benefits: Competitive salary Free on-site parking Seasonal team events and social gatherings Free tea and coffee Able to balance work with personal responsibilities when necessary Death in service Medical insurance Cycle to work scheme TPBN1_UKTJ
