Warehouse Facilities Administrator Warth Park & Lutterworth People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Facilities Administrator to join our well-established client based across Warth Park and Lutterworth . This is a fantastic opportunity offering stability, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities for development. Shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm Important Information This role is split between Warth Park and Lutterworth Driving licence and own transport are essential Travel expenses will be covered Day-to-Day Duties Providing daily administrative support to the Facilities team, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and producing reports Managing the facilities helpdesk: logging maintenance requests, allocating jobs, and coordinating completion with internal teams or external contractors Coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors Ensuring contractor documentation such as insurance, RAMS, and compliance records are up to date Supporting Health & Safety processes to ensure full compliance with legislation and internal policies Obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices Ensuring all facilities-related records, systems, and documentation are kept accurate and up to date Essential Skills Proven experience working in an office environment, ideally within facilities or a similar support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks Proactive problem-solver who can use initiative Professional, helpful, and customer-focused attitude Desirable Experience Previous experience in Facilities Administration Basic understanding of Health & Safety processes and compliance Familiarity with facilities management systems Training Provided Full training will be provided Ongoing support throughout your role Apply If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Warehouse Facilities Administrator , apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
