Senior Account Manager CRM – up to £46k – London / HybridAward-winning integrated creative agency seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day delivery across a major, high-volume CRM account, for a . You’ll manage the production of email campaigns and digital assets from planning to deployment, collaborating with creative, dev, and studio teams to bring smart, effective communications to life.You’ll also partner with a second client on more strategic, long-term campaigns — building close relationships, shaping briefs, and working alongside senior creatives and strategists to deliver standout work.Key Responsibilities Support the account team to ensure our campaigns are delivered flawlessly on time, on budget, every time Collaborate closely with creative teams to deliver the strongest possible workConfidently lead the creative development process from start to finishEnsure key creative reviews and meetings are timely, well-attended, and purposefulMake sure all work is reviewed by relevant agency stakeholders before client presentation — and meets our highest standards (no typos!)Offer constructive feedback in creative reviews and contribute meaningfully to the conversationHelp build, nurture and protect great ideas — spotting their potential and supporting their evolutionBe the first line of defence: know the brief, the idea, and how it drives the client’s business — and be ready to back itShow strong creative judgement: know how to give and receive feedback to refine the workCollaborate with your team to identify and present smart wildcard ideas to clientsRead between the lines of client feedback — what’s really being said?
