Think eCommerce excellence, data-led strategy, and a collaborative team culture.The Role:They’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with proven agency experience to join the team in Leeds. Sitting across both Paid Social and Paid Search, you’ll run campaigns for a variety of clients: from planning and setup through to creative delivery, optimisation, and reporting.You'll work on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopping, Display and YouTube, and collaborate closely with creatives, analysts, and client services to drive best-in-class performance.What You’ll Be Doing:Creating and managing multi-platform campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, Display)Writing engaging ad copy and producing creative assets (image, video, carousel)Setting up and maintaining campaign structures, tracking, pixels and event setups (including CAPI)Monitoring and analysing campaign data to optimise performanceProducing reports and presenting results to internal teams and clientsManaging budgets, audience targeting, and bidding strategiesStaying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and performance benchmarksWorking collaboratively across departments to deliver results-driven strategiesWhat They’re Looking For:Strong agency-side experience in Paid Media (social and/or search)A background in eCommerce is a big plusDeep knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads platformsConfident with data analysis, budget management and performance trackingStrong copywriting skills and a creative mindsetA proactive, collaborative attitude with sharp attention to detailExcellent communicator & is able to clearly explain performance insights and strategyWhy It’s a Great Move:Huge variety of exciting clients and campaign typesJoin a smart, supportive, and genuinely passionate teamClear path for career progression as the agency scalesHybrid working + central Leeds officeRegular training and upskilling opportunitiesSound interesting?
