Product Owners (AVP and VP Level)£90,000 to £120,000 plus bonus and benefits | Hybrid (2 to 3 days per week in City of London)We are working with a global financial markets business to help them hire several experienced Product Owners. These are senior roles at AVP and VP level, focused on driving a major shift towards product led, agile ways of working.The organisation is a long established leader in its space, running a critical marketplace for high value commodities. They have recently delivered major upgrades to their core platforms and made key leadership hires. Now, the focus is on scaling product thinking across the business to enable faster, more iterative delivery.This is a unique environment where product decisions have real world impact, supporting global pricing and trading, and where legacy meets meaningful transformation. There is the complexity you would expect from financial markets, but with the access and autonomy to make real change happen.You would be joining as part of a growing product function, with roles spanning areas like pricing, inter office trading, enterprise data and electronic trading. Each role has clear ownership and a strong mandate to drive change within its domain.They are looking for experienced product professionals, people who understand how to work in complex, regulated environments and can bring a practical, delivery focused mindset. A background in financial services or similar would be ideal, along with a good understanding of agile and product led principles.The salary on offer ranges from £90,000 to £120,000 base depending on level, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits. They work on a hybrid model, with two to three days a week in their City of London office.
