You'll work across the U.S. and EMEA regions, acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters and shaping best-in-class people practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, inclusive environment where your expertise will directly impact culture and performance.ResponsibilitiesManage complex employee relations cases across EMEA and the U.S., including grievances, performance issues, and workplace conflicts.Serve as a key advisor to managers on ER best practices, ensuring compliance with global policies and laws.Drive continuous improvement of ER frameworks, documentation, and case standards.Partner with Legal, People Ops, and Business Leaders on policy development, compliance, and investigations.Track ER data and trends, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.About You5+ years' experience as an Employee Relations Manager or in a senior ER role.Strong knowledge of international employment law, particularly in the U.S. and EMEA.Confident handling sensitive, high-impact ER cases with discretion and objectivity.Skilled in conflict resolution, mediation, and performance management practices.Experience using HR systems (ideally Workday) and working in a global, cross-functional team.Take the next step in your HR career and help shape a culture of transparency, fairness, and engagement.Apply now to be considered for this impactful Employee Relations Manager role.
