You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering personalised support and information that helps learners make confident, informed decisions. This role plays a critical part in achieving enrolment goals and ensuring prospective students experience a seamless and supportive journey from enquiry to enrolment.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct proactive outreach to prospective students through calls, emails, social media, and digital platformsRespond promptly and professionally to student enquiries, providing information about courses, admissions, funding, and career outcomesIdentify students’ learning goals and career objectives to recommend suitable GlobalU programmesClearly articulate GlobalU’s unique value, flexible learning model, and lifelong learning opportunitiesAddress concerns and objections while providing tailored solutionsGuide applicants through the full admissions process, including document collection and funding guidanceTrack applicant progress and ensure deadlines are metProvide high-quality pre-enrolment support and follow-up communicationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of GlobalU programmes, admissions requirements, financial options, and learner support servicesStay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and adult learner motivationsMaintain accurate records of all student interactions using CRM toolsUse CRM data to prioritise leads, track engagement, and identify pipeline opportunitiesContribute to reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and follow-up effectivenessBuild strong, supportive relationships with prospective studentsCollaborate with Marketing, Sales Lead, and Student Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-enrolmentContribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing student insightsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESales Experience: Demonstrated experience in telesales, inside sales, or student recruitment—ideally in higher education or EdTechCommunication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically and persuasively with a global student audienceCRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, tasks, and performance dataConsultative Mindset: Ability to uncover goals and concerns, and propose tailored programme solutionsOrganisation: Able to manage follow-up cycles, application pipelines, and multiple priorities effectivelyTech Literacy: Comfortable working with digital platforms, email tools, video conferencing, and scheduling toolsTarget Orientation: Motivated by targets and performance metrics, with a drive to meet and exceed enrolment goalsEducation Familiarity (Desirable): Understanding of online learning journeys, funding options, and flexible study modelsKEY RESULT AREASEnquiry-to-enrolment conversion rateCall and email engagement metricsCRM usage and lead data integrityContribution to team enrolment targetsStudent satisfaction and pre-enrolment experience
