Job Title: Sourcing Fulfilment SpecialistLocation: Cheltenham / 5 days in the office.Pay Rate: 25.99 Paid via PAYE (Inside IR35)Contract Length: 12 Months The Fulfilment Specialist will own the alignment and fulfilment of the orderbook, therefore driving action and accountability with our sub-tier suppliers and internal stakeholders.Supplier & Order Book ManagementResponsible for ensuring the delivery of product to support multiple production lines and value streamsDrive accountability with your portfolio of suppliers to ensure order-book execution and alignment of demand across multiple platforms and value streams, which may require occasional travelHave a focused and analytical approach to order-book management in a challenging and changing environment, ensuring adequate and appropriate supplier meetings are scheduled to meet business goalsEnsure open communication is had with the appropriate team members and escalations levels to establish and present problematic periods, therefore actively reporting on recovery plans and action statusEnsure reject material is returned to suppliers in a timely fashion for rework, replacement or credit using repair and/or debit orders processEffectively monitor Purchase Queries, Non-Conformance, Corrective Actions and Production Permits to maintain material availabilityEnsure that cadence supplier engagement is in-line with risk levels and potential impact production linesInvoice query reconciliation and problem resolutionOccasional travelRequired Qualifications/ CharacteristicsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experienceAbility to demonstrate high performance within a Sourcing/Fulfilment environment.Strong oral and written communication skills.
