Helping the website perform at its best Own the day to day trading of the website to help drive revenue and conversionKeep a close eye on performance and make improvements based on customer behaviour and trading dataHelp make sure the website is always up to date, easy to shop and performing strongly2. Bringing launches and campaigns to life online Lead the ecommerce side of product launches, campaigns and promotional activityMake sure products, collections and landing pages are presented in the best possible wayWork closely with the wider team to ensure the website reflects the brand and supports key priorities3. Improving the customer journey Look at the full online shopping journey and spot areas that could work betterTest and refine different parts of the website to improve performance over timeHelp create a smoother, more enjoyable experience from first visit to checkout4.
