Cheltenham | Full Time or Part Time (3 days per week considered) 28,000 to 40,000 pro rata depending on experiencei2i Recruitment, a B Corp certified recruitment consultancy based in Cheltenham, is looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Executive to take ownership of our candidate and client database and help drive targeted marketing campaigns.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with CRM systems, data and digital marketing automation, and wants to play a key role in how a growing business engages with its network.You will manage and optimise our Bullhorn CRM database, build segmented mailing lists and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to candidates and clients. Working closely with the recruitment and leadership teams, you will help create data driven marketing activity that supports live vacancies, candidate engagement and business growth.We are also about to implement SourceBreaker integrated with Bullhorn, giving you powerful tools to build talent pipelines and support marketing automation across our database.This role would suit someone who enjoys combining data management, CRM technology and marketing automation to create measurable marketing campaigns.Role ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining the Bullhorn CRM database, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and segmentationBuilding targeted and segmented mailing lists for marketing campaignsCreating and delivering email marketing campaigns to candidates and clientsSupporting recruiters in marketing live vacancies and available candidates through CRM campaignsMonitoring campaign performance including open rates, engagement and response ratesSupporting digital marketing activity across LinkedIn and other social media platformsWorking with consultants to identify marketing opportunities within candidate and client databasesEnsuring GDPR compliance and best practice across all CRM marketing activitySupporting the rollout and utilisation of SourceBreaker within BullhornIdentifying opportunities to improve marketing automation and candidate engagementAbout YouExperience working with a CRM system such as Bullhorn or a similar platformExperience creating and delivering email marketing campaignsStrong understanding of database management, segmentation and data qualityHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable analysing campaign performance and engagement metricsStrong communication skills and the ability to work closely with different teamsDesirable ExperienceExperience working within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisitionExperience with Bullhorn CRMKnowledge of marketing xjdpvnf automation or email marketing platformsExperience using sourcing tools such as SourceBreakerExperience managing LinkedIn or digital marketing campaignsWhats in it for youSalary between 28,000 and 40,000 pro rata depending on experienceFlexible working options including part time hours if preferredOpportunity to shape CRM and marketing automation within a growing businessWork with modern recruitment technology including Bullhorn and SourceBreakerJoin a collaborative and supportive team environmentBe part of a B Corp certified organisation committed to responsible business practicesLocationCheltenham Office based role with flexibility depending on working patternIf you enjoy working with CRM systems, data and marketing automation and want to help shape how a growing recruitment business engages with its network, we would love to hear from you
