This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who takes pride in maintaining an efficient, organised, and professional working environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse and workshop areas. You will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining organisation and cleanliness, coordinating collections and deliveries, and ensuring all parts are accurately recorded and located within our system.Working in a busy online automotive parts business, attention to detail and accuracy are essential to ensure orders are processed correctly and dispatched promptly to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations within an automotive parts environmentMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levelsAdd new products into the system with full and detailed descriptionsLabel, organise, and correctly locate all products within the warehouseEnsure all parts are easily identifiable and accessibleMaintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised workshop and warehouse areaCoordinate and carry out collection and delivery of automotive parts when requiredReceive incoming deliveries and verify parts against ordersConduct regular stock checks and inventory auditsEnsure all goods are stored safely and in the correct locationsProcess and book all sales orders accurately into the systemCarefully pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch, ensuring they are protected and securely packagedEnsure all dispatched orders are labelled correctly and ready for courier collectionWork closely with management to improve warehouse processes and efficiencyCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience working in a warehouse environment (automotive parts experience preferred)Strong organisational and inventory management skillsHigh level of reliability, motivation, and professionalismExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and take initiativeGood communication and teamwork skillsCompetent with basic computer systems and stock management softwareFull driving licence preferred for collections and deliveriesWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates strong accountability, and is committed to maintaining high standards. xjdpvnf The ideal candidate will be practical, hands-on, and capable of keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently at all times.If you are dependable, organised, and passionate about working within a growing online automotive parts business, we would love to hear from you.
