This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business and contributing beyond a traditional PA remit.The RoleThis position goes beyond diary management and document production. You will play a key role in supporting the Directors, assisting with property-related matters, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Youll also have support in the way of an Assistant who will be able to provide wider office and administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding high-level PA support to DirectorsManaging diaries, meetings and correspondenceAssisting with the preparation of property-related documentationSupporting fee earners with administrative and operational tasksActing as a key point of contact for clients and third partiesHelping to coordinate office operations and provide general office supportEnsuring files, systems and processes are kept organised and up to dateSupporting the business as it continues to grow and evolveThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within propertyHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with a proactive and adaptable approachComfortable juggling priorities in a busy, fast-paced environmentHappy to take xjdpvnf ownership and get involved beyond a typical PA roleStrong IT skills and experience working with legal systemsWhats on OfferSalary up to circa 30,000A varied and engaging role within a growing property firmDirect exposure to senior leadership and decision-makingSupportive working environment with scope to develop the roleOpportunity to be part of a firm that is continuing to expandHow to ApplyFor further information or to apply for this role, please contact Rachel Phillips in confidence at TSR Legal:
