Were looking for an ambitious Structural Engineer to lead this new venturesomeone eager to grow a team, shape the culture, and become a key figure in the future of their consultancy. Youll be confident in managing client relationships, guiding a growing team, and delivering technically robust designs. A track record of managing client relationships and leading project teams. Strong technical skills in structural design and relevant software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, MasterSeries). A natural leader with the ability to recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset. Commercial awareness and confidence in contributing to business development. Ambition to be part of a growing consultancy with a long-term vision.
