Job DescriptionLocation: Office-based, near CheltenhamWe have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our high-performing sales and marketing team.This is a hands-on role with strategic influence for someone who craves variety, enjoys making things happen, and wants to be part of a market-leading business doing genuinely meaningful work. Youll be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing activity for ModuleCo, the UKs leading healthcare off-site construction company, while overseeing a small in-house creative team who support the wider group of companies.Youll work closely with our Sales and Marketing Director to develop strategy, then roll up your sleeves to support live projects, deliver campaigns, manage events, and create stand-out materials and content. Its a broad role with real impact that is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership.Role OverviewAs our Marketing Manager, you will lead ModuleCos marketing activity and manage a small creative team who also support all businesses within our group. Your focus will be on developing and delivering strategic marketing plans that build brand visibility, generate enquiries, support project communications, and empower our sales team with the tools and content they need to succeed.Youll be equally comfortable setting direction and getting hands-on. From writing copy and briefing designers to coordinating photo shoots, creating brochures, planning events, managing social media activity, and optimising websites for SEO performance its a role that requires a comprehensive skill-set.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and implement ModuleCos marketing strategy, aligned with sales strategy and targetsPlan and deliver targeted campaigns to promote our products and unique approach to constructionConduct market research and monitor competitor, partner, and client activityManage activities in line with agreed budgetsStay up to date with marketing best practices and latest developments in MarTech to benefit our strategy and activitiesContent & ChannelsManage and grow our web and social media presenceLead the creation of compelling written, visual, and video content for digital and printSupport project communications and liaise directly with external stakeholdersDevelop and deliver PR opportunities, including client site launch/tour events and working with industry pressProject & Event SupportSupport live healthcare projects for the NHS and private sector with OOH advertising, communication, resource sharing, and social value initiativesCoordinate photography, video direction, and content capture of our products and projectsPlan and manage events, from national healthcare conferences to live project stakeholder engagementsCreative Team ManagementLine-manage the creative team (graphic design and visual/video content), supporting their development and managing workloads effectivelyOversee document design, visual asset creation and management, and brand consistencyManage freelance, subcontractor, and agency relationshipsPerformance & ReportingMonitor marketing effectiveness and report key performance to operational and senior teamsProvide feedback on campaign, event, and project outcomesOversee SEO/SEM performance and reportingFinancial reporting and budgetingOperational & Team TasksCoordinate and review internal communicationsConduct team general administrationSupport HR with recruitment marketing and new starter inductionsMaintain marketing SOPs and a large media asset librarySkills & AttributesEssentialExcellent written communicationSolid marketing strategy and campaign planning experienceHands-on experience creating and managing content across web, social, print, and videoProficient using Adobe InDesignStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsEvents management experienceDesirableExperience with WordPress CMS and working with web design agenciesFamiliarity with SEO/SEM principlesUnderstanding of photography and video production, direction, and editing (basic ability to edit photos and video also favourable)Personal AttributesProactive and self-motivated able to take the lead and get stuck inAble to switch between strategic thinking and practical deliveryFlexible and adaptable comfortable in a fast-moving environmentApproachable team player with a collaborative people-centred mindsetCreative thinker and problem solverStrong attention to detailExperienceWere open-minded about your industry background, but youll hopefully have:4+ years in a marketing role with broad responsibilities and practical experienceA record of successful campaigns and marketing outputs youve deliveredLeading and upskilling a teamWorking across B2B and public sector audiencesWhy work for ModuleCo?We specialise in off-site built healthcare facilities delivering critical infrastructure to the NHS and private healthcare sector across the UK.
