A degree in Product Design/Materials Science/Cosmetic Science would be very advantageous! Experience working with Far Eastern supply base Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for packaging Familiarity with sustainability-focused packaging strategies Comfortable developing or applying new testing protocols So what will you be doing? Leading packaging development across multiple projects, balancing creativity, sustainability, cost and quality Working closely with suppliers and manufacturers to bring packaging concepts to life Providing technical expertise from design to mass production Ensuring all components are risk assessed, tested, and regulatory compliant Keeping up with innovations in packaging technology and sustainability Supporting our Packaging Sustainability Strategy Producing key documentation for Product Information Files Helpful extras Full-time, permanent role Based in central Cheltenham Work in a modern, inspiring environment!
