Powder Coating Operative

What You'll Do: . Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team . Carry out powder coating processes . Ensure components meet quality standards and production schedules . Participate in manufacturing meetings and continuous improvement initiatives . Take an active role in the development of your work area and support your teammates You Will Have: . A minimum of 3 years' experience in powder coating . Excellent communication skills . A motivated, flexible, and positive attitude .
