Job Description We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with an internationally known construction consultancy leading the way with their forward-thinking Quantity Surveying and Project Management services. Our client continues to drive key projects within the industry where you, the Quantity Surveyor, will work across multiple projects across the UK and EU.This is the perfect role for the development focussed individual looking to build and be supported by a market leading brand who are passionate about investing into their staff. Through-out our clients lifetime they boast a wealth of internal promotions and staff investment which includes RICS qualifications and subscription fees covered by the firm.The Quantity Surveyor will join a fast growing and client experience driven firm within the heart of Cheltenham, only a short walk from the famous Montpellier stretch, working from their luxurious offices on a hybrid basis. The role offers a day from home per week.As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage a portfolio of projects ranging from 500,000.00 - 50,000,000.00 providing continuous contract consultation and advice to ensure they get across the line.This role will have you partnering internally with the MD, Director team, and Senior Quantity Surveyors.What does the package look like?Starting salary ranging between 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 DOECompany car allowance25 days annual leave entitlement + public bank holidaysProfit share schemeSubsidised car parking programHybrid working programs with a week per year working fully remotePension scheme, sick pay and long service awardsClear career progression opportunitiesRICS Qualifications and subscriptions opportunitiesAs the Quantity Surveyor you will have the below responsibilities: Managing a range of projects across financial, and contractual to fixed deadlinesProject management with developers and external stakeholdersRelationship management with the customer baseCost planning and estimatingAttending regular site visitsProviding contractual advice through-out the construction processManaging procurement and tendering of workParticipate in client and consultant meetings, resolving day-to-day issuesSupport the Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger contracts as neededProviding project reports to Senior ManagementOur client requires the Quantity Surveyor to hold the below skills and qualifications:A degree in Quantity SurveyingRICS Qualified is advantageous however not essentialPrevious experience in a Quantity Surveyor role is essential working on projects up to 30mFull UK Driving LicenseExperienced within cost estimations and tender documentationExcellent customer relationship skillsA confident communicator with the mindset to go above and beyond for your customersWithin a commutable daily distance to CheltenhamJBRP1_UKTJ
