Youll play a key role in shaping architecture and integration strategy across secure, cross-domain environments, while mentoring the next generation of Software Engineers.What Youll Be Doing:Leading an established team of Software Engineers across multiple secure programmesDriving architecture and integration strategy across cross-domain systemsDesigning and guiding Java / Spring Boot microservices-based solutionsActing as a senior technical liaison with key stakeholders and customersBuilding strong customer relationships through direct engagementContributing to and helping prepare technical proposals and bidsAssisting the customer account team in business development effortsCollaborating with delivery management to identify risks, plan deliveries, and support resource allocationCore Focus: Architecture & IntegrationCross-domain strategy and secure system integrationJava / Spring Boot microservices design and governanceSenior technical stakeholder liaison across customer and internal teamsWhat You Bring:Proven experience leading teams in Agile, customer-facing software projectsExperience with one or more of the following:Full-stack web developmentSoftware as a Service (SaaS)Mobile application developmentAPI design and developmentCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Front-end development and user experience (UX)Clearance required Due to the nature of the clients work, you are required to hold an eDV level security clearance
