Managingbookings,payments,moveins,renewalsandcustomerrecordsthroughtheCRM(HubSpot). SupportingthewiderbusinessbyrespondingtosalescallsandemailenquiriesforadditionalUKsites. Ensuringthefacilityisclean,secure,presentable,andfullyoperationalatalltimes. Conductingdailysitechecks,includinggates,units,lightingandsecuritysystems. Maintaininghighstandardsofhealth&safetyandensuringfullcompliancewithcompanyprocedures. Reportingmaintenanceissuesandsupportingoperationaltasksasrequired. Takingownershipofsiteperformance,customersatisfaction,andsalesresults. MustHaves 23yearsexperienceinacustomer-facingsalesorcustomerservicerole. Provenabilitytoconvertenquiriesintosales(phoneandinperson). StrongITskills,includingCRMexperience(HubSpotorsimilar). Excellentcommunicationskills,especiallyoverthephone. Abilitytoworkindependentlyinastandaloneenvironment. Strongorganisationalskillsandexceptionalattentiontodetail. Self-motivated,proactive,andcommerciallyminded. FullUKdrivinglicence.
